Windows have been around for hundreds of years, and while their basic purpose has not changed, they have gone from being a necessary hole in the wall to a significant element of design. As such, windows provide much more than light and air today. Window cleaning is a maintenance issue, not a luxury. Unlike some of our competitors, our fees are by the window, not per hour. Depending on the type of windows you have and the landscaping surrounding your home or office, our prices vary from home to home, window to window.
How we wash your windows:
All Windows Are Hand Cleaned & Detailed. We believe that in order to provide the cleanest windows possible, we need to be close to the window. We utilize ladders that allow us to get closest to the work. The solution we use will not only make your windows sparkle, but it will protect the glass from the harsh elements. Our hand-washing method includes a scrubber, squeegee and lint-free cloth which allow our professionals to detail the glass which produces a shining result that you should expect from Noble Window Cleaning.
It is recommended that you have your windows professionally cleaned both inside and outside, but if you prefer, we will do only the outside with or without the screens. If you choose exterior cleaning only, there is no need for you to be home. We will simply leave an invoice in your mailbox. If it is time for an interior cleaning and the appointment is a problem for you we will simply re-schedule.
It is typically recommended that gutters be cleaned in spring and fall. Consider your homes location to decide how frequently your gutters should be cleaned. If there are a lot of trees around your house, your gutters will tend to get clogged more easily.
How we clean gutters:
We remove the debris by hand, dispose and haul away.
Because we all want an economical solution, we have two options to choose from:

Vinyl Gutter Guard Installation
After cleaning your gutters thoroughly, we install 3 sections of vinyl gutter guard end to end and trim them to fit the length of your gutter. These are installed to fit under the edge of asphalt shingles, then clip on to the outer edge of the gutter.

Foam Filter Insert Gutter Guard
Gutter Stuff fits snugly inside your gutter, under the hanging brackets or spikes, forming a tight seal with the top of your gutter. This tight seal prevents leaves, twigs, seedpods, or any other wind-carried debris from entering your gutter. The porous, non-absorbent foam allows an enormous amount of water to drain while the tapered design leaves plenty of room for water to flow through the gutter and out the downspout. Gutter Stuff simply sits invisibly inside your gutter and protects year after year.
Sealing Exterior/Interior cracks and seams is an important part of home maintenance. It reduces entry of air, dirt, and moisture into the house and contributes to lower heating and cooling costs.
Important exterior areas requiring attention are the joints between your:
Chimney and siding
Eaves and gable molding
Window sill and siding
Window drip cap and siding
Window sash and siding
Windows and masonry
Door frames
Masonry or concrete (steps, porches, etc) and main parts of house
Inside corners formed by siding
A good interior caulking will increase the comfort of your home immeasurably:
Mirrors provide both functional and aesthetic performance in the interior design for todays homes and office buildings.
What we do:
Where most people really need help is with large mirrors this is where the streaks are. The best and only way we clean these kinds of mirrors is with a strip washer, warm water and squeegee. Beautiful shine every time.
Are your window screens screaming out for a good cleaning? Check, they may be the cause of your dirty windows. Bugs, airborne dust, birds, windblown road salt and new construction are all causes of dirty screens.
How we clean your screens:
We remove the screens from the windows and lay them on a clean surface. If we have to lean screens against a wall, we are very careful not to push too hard on the screens to avoid damage. Using a soft brush we dust off the surface dust from the screen. Using our special screen cleaning solution, water and a soft cloth/brush we then scrub the screens and frame. Rinse all sides of the screen with a good hosing of clean water. Let the screen drip a little, then wipe it with a dry cloth, and stand it up to dry in a breeze.
Spring/Winter Storage:
If you want to store the clean screens for the winter, we certainly will pack them up for you so that you can put them in a place that is clean and dry. We suggest using a big sheet of plastic, like an old shower curtain or tablecloth. In the spring, we will unpack and re-install the screens.
Most people never need to clean a chandelier more than once a year. In many cases, especially with a new house, once every two years will suffice. Cleaning a chandelier can be intimidating. The problem is that many chandeliers suffer from neglect. Because of their intricacy, many people resist cleaning them until its absolutely positively necessary. If your chandelier is coated with dust and cobwebs, it is time to clean it.
Noble Window Cleaning specializes in the intricate and detailed art of hand cleaning crystal and glass chandeliers and light fixtures. Chandelier cleaning includes washing the inside and outside of most trap door chandeliers as well as removing any hanging glass piece by piece, cleaning each glass strip individually. Light fixtures and ceiling fans are also cleaned by hand.
Many concrete surfaces accumulate dirt so slowly that its difficult to notice the change in appearance. When a concrete surface is cleaned, it is often shocking how much better it looks.
As we travel our routes we see many eye sores where concrete has not been cleaned. Property owners that schedule periodic cleaning can avoid the gradual accumulation of dirt on concrete, and the most effective way to clean concrete without damaging its surface is power washing.
How we pressure wash
Water alone will do a good job of cleaning, but if you need to remove grease or oil we will recommend the best cleaning solution for your particular application.
Before we start we will:
Clear any obstacles from the cleaning area.
Dampen nearby vegetation and cover to protect from damage.
Make sure any exposed electrical wires or outlets are covered.
Clear out any loose objects or debris.
